If something has gone wrong or you've changed your mind about your purchase, not to worry. Simply email us at email@example.com within 30 DAYS of receiving your product to return, refund or exchange the product.
We honor a return, refund or exchange for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind*
- Parcel is lost during delivery**
- Product has a manufacturer's defect
- Item damaged or broken during transit
- Item received was not the item ordered/does not match the product description

Change of Mind Refunds/Exchanges
Yes, we offer change of mind refunds/exchanges!
To qualify for a change of mind refund/exchange, the following criteria must be met;
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must be in the original packaging
- The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered, any missing items will void the money back guarantee
To apply for a return/exchange;
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Proof of purchase, e.g. order no., email receipt, tracking number etc
- Day item was received
- Reason for return/exchange
- If applicable, photographic evidence of item
Please include as much information as possible so we can process your request quickly and smoothly.
2. Once we have approved the request, we will provide you with a return address to direct the parcel. You must select a shipping option with tracking and notify us of the tracking number. Failure to do so may result in us withholding the refund.
3. Please allow at least 3 business days for the transfer to process. If you have not received a refund after this period, check with your financial institution. They may be experiencing a delay in processing.
If you have qualified for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items.
We will refund the full cost of the product. If your original order included shipping fees, these are non-refundable.
