It really depends on your location. Usually your order is processed and shipped within 5 days Business Days. In some rare cases though this may be exceeded. If so, we will contact you.

We pay for a tracking number for all orders to the United States and Australia. Rest assured you can keep an eye on it from when it leaves the warehouse to your front step.
Countries outside of the United States and Australia are not guaranteed a tracking number with their order. We are currently working to one day provide this service to everyone. In the meantime, opting for any of the premium shipping options will guarantee a tracking number for your order.

If you have placed a large order you may receive emails with a different tracking number for each item.

However the item(s) must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered, any missing items will void the money back guarantee

- Proof of purchase, e.g. order no., email receipt, tracking number etc
- Day item was received
- Reason for return/exchange, e.g. item damaged during delivery
- If applicable, photographic evidence of item

2. Once we have approved the request, we will provide you with a return address to direct the parcel. You are responsiblefor covering the return shipping costs, must select a shipping option with tracking and notify us of the tracking number. Failure to do so may result in us withholding the refund.
3. Please allow at least 3 business days for the transfer to process. If you have not received a refund after this period, check with your financial institution. They may be experiencing a delay in processing.
We will refund the full cost paid for the product, but if your original order included shipping fees, unfortunately these are non-refundable.
